What Starbucks Visits Reveal about Your Ancestors

Starbucks coffee is famous in its own way. What if you find out that it tells things about your ancestors as well? Well, to be more precise, the coffee doesn’t, but your conduct does. Chinese researchers have made this very surprising discovery that the conduct of a person while having coffee at Starbucks can reveal whether the person’s ancestors produced wheat or rice. They have found out that people who prefer drinking coffee alone are the ones whose ancestors grew wheat, while the ones who have their coffee together, have had ancestors who grew rice. This is because people who grew wheat could work single-handedly and grow the crop, and presumably drink coffee alone as well. People who grew rice needed to work in the farm in groups, and therefore would (presumably) drink coffee along with others as well.
