A leader in medicine, this client from Japan needed a combination of services to help them get their clinical trials approved and research papers published in leading international journals. The client had divided the entire project into 26 individual assignments and emphasized on managing the entire process on a secure portal.

Search for the right editor
To assure the client that Enago would pick the right editor for him, we offered him work samples of our native English editors. We made sure we shared samples of only those editors who had a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Medicine and extensive experience in publishing research papers in International Journals. The client selected the editor he thought would best handle his project and Enago blocked the calendar for the editor for the entire project. -
Going the extra mile
The client had 26 assignments for Enago to edit and transcribe. The process of placing an order with Enago every time a new assignment came up was tedious for the client. To ease operations, Enago built a dedicated landing page where the client could place orders with Enago. Enago also created two separate login ids for the two client representatives. The landing page was built keeping in mind the industry and the requirements of the client, making it easier to place orders with Enago. -
Add on services
Along with editing services the client also wanted transcription services. Enago’s sister company, Voxtab, joined to help the client with their transcription needs. This bundle of services increased the readership of client research.
